Bio–pharmaceutical and Pharmaceutical Tubing Silicone tubing produced from platinum cured silicone elastomer for transfer applications in pharmaceutical and biotechnological manufacturing. Custom-molded assemblies for critical fluid transfer and for critical medical device applications.
Our products include tubing, fittings, and single-use assembly. With the integration of all three divisions, our customers benefit from faster delivery times, less supply chain risk, added variety, innovation, and ultimately lower costs.
We specializes in working with many polymeric materials including silicone, Kynar (PVDF), ADIF Polypropylene, TPE’s, TPV’s, phthalate-free Vinyl, Hytrel, Nylon, PTFE, FEP, PFA and many other engineering polymers.
Pharm-A-Clear C Platinum Cured Silicone Tubing was developed to meet the most stringent requirements of the life sciences industries. All tubing is manufactured in a state of the art Class 100,000 / ISO Class 7 Clean Room environment. Vertical extrusion techniques are employed in conjunction with continuous laser measurement to ensure the most exacting tolerances. Pharm-A-Clear C is widely use for liquid media transfer and works well in Peristaltic Pump applications. TBL stocks a wide range of sizes specific to most major pump manufactures and models.

We developed Pharm-A-Clear LH (Low Hysteresis) Platinum Cured Silicone Tubing for the most critical and exacting meter dose peristaltic pump applications. The LH series tubing is manufactured from a specific platinum cured silicone compound that exhibits many unique characteristics which are not typical of other platinum compounds. The compound exhibits the mechanical properties of peroxide cured with the purity levels that only platinum compound can assure.

For higher temperature and pressure applications or those with a need for improved kink resistance we also offer our PharmA-Clear R platinum-cured braided silicone tubing. Pharm-A-Clear R is constructed using an inner and outer platinum-cured silicone shell with a polyester inner braiding. The inner core is a softer (60 durometer, shore A) material for flexibility, while the outer shell is slightly harder (70 durometer, shore A) for strength.
Our Pharm-A-Line I tubing was specifically developed to provide superior performance in peristaltic-pump applications. Manufactured from virgin, medical-grade TPV, and homogeneously extruded to precise dimensional tolerances, Pharm-A-Line I provides an excellent alternative to silicone tubing, especially when chemical resistance is a concern.
Pharm-A-Line I meets today’s most stringent cytotoxicity and extractability requirements for critical pharmaceutical-process applications. It is also recommended for most biological process fluids.
Pharm-A-Line I is ideal for liquid-coupler connections between process tanks and fluidized bed process equipment. Other applications include sterile solutions, buffer agents, and food and beverage processing.

PTFE (Polytetrafluoroethylene) is perhaps the most widely used fluoropolymer available. Originally trademarked by Dupont under the trade name TEFLON®, PTFE has many features which make it ideal for a wide range of applications.
PTFE tubing is more flexible than all other tubing in its class, and can resist nearly all industrial chemicals. Also, with a temperature range of approximately -330 to 500 °F, it offers the widest temperature range of the fluoropolymers. In addition, it has excellent electrical properties and low permeablility.
PTFE tubing is most widely used as laboratory tubing and for applications where chemical resistance is important. PTFE has a very low coefficient of friction and is one of the most “slippery” substances known.

Fluor-A-Pure™ has been specifically developed for the most extreme chemical and ultra-high purity service conditions. Unlike typical high purity grades of PFA (perfluoroalkoxy), Fluor-A-Pure™ is manufactured from 100% virgin PFA. The result is superior micro porosity characteristics and externally smooth surface finishes.
Fluor-A-Pure™ has excellent flexibility compared to other grades of PFA tube and is ideal for use with flaring tools and compression fittings.
